Every item is checked by our team before it ships.

What we check

Each pair is inspected in-house before despatch: box label against the shoe, stitching, glue lines, tongue and heel construction, insole print, and the size run on the box. Anything that does not pass does not ship.

If you are not satisfied

If you believe something you received is not genuine, email support@clzture.com within 30 days with photographs of the item and the box label. If it fails our own check, you get a full refund including return postage.

Where stock comes from

Retail releases, verified marketplaces and trusted trade contacts. We are not an authorised retailer for any of the brands we sell, and we are not affiliated with them — every trademark belongs to its owner.
