Thirty days to change your mind.

The window

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery. This is in addition to the 14-day right of withdrawal that EU consumer law gives you.

Condition

Items must come back unworn and in their original box, with any tags still attached. Sneakers should be tried on indoors — a sole that has been outside cannot be resold and cannot be refunded.

How to start one

Email support@clzture.com with your order number and which items you are sending back. We reply with a return address within 24 hours. Please do not send anything back before you have that address.

Your refund

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, within 14 days of the return reaching us. Return postage is yours unless the item arrived faulty, mis-sent, or failed our own authentication — in those cases we cover it.
