Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay — EUR, tax included, no surcharge at checkout.

Time

Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. Delivery is normally 3–9 business days from despatch, depending on the destination. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel leaves us.

Where we ship

Worldwide, from Europe. Customs duties or import taxes outside the EU are set by your own country and are the recipient's responsibility.

If tracking has not moved for five business days, email support@clzture.com with your order number and we will chase the carrier.
